Finally, a dentist who truly understands that the mouth is connected to the brain, the heart, and the entire body - that we are one complete ecosystem. This approach is the complete opposite of traditional dentistry. Dr. Balescu is a beautiful, kind, and deeply compassionate person who is truly immersed in the idea of healing the whole body, not just treating teeth. She looks beyond the mouth and considers how everything in the body works together. If you are coming from traditional dentistry like I was, be prepared for a completely different experience — in the best possible way. I also want to recognize Sharon at the front desk She is honestly superhuman! She greets everyone with a smile while somehow juggling so many tasks and positions yet she always remains calm, composed, and incredibly kind. Nothing but amazing and dedicated professionals at this office.

My husband, teenage daughter, and I have been going to Dr Balescu for about a decade now. I'm in my sixties, and no other dentist compares to her. Dr Balescu doesn't just care for your teeth and gums; she cares for the whole person. She understands the interdependence between oral health and the health of the whole body. I recently moved out of state but continue to go to Dr Balescu. She is fully worth the 2 1/2 hour trip, one way. An excellent place for a holistic, one-to-one, and relaxing experience. Dr.Ruxandra was communicative, attentive to my needs, and discreet at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

My favorite dentist, Dr. Balescu, relocated to a beautiful new office in Lambertville. Not only is Dr. Balescu super smart, she is also very compassionate. The office is stunning and very tranquil. Definitely not like other dental clinics! One of my family members has very complicated dental issues and Dr. B was able to help and make him feel comfortable. I highly recommend Rethink Dentistry for anything dental, from cleanings to in depth dental work to cosmetic dentistry. You will be surprised how a dental office and serenity can be combined!

Rethink Dental Health - that is exactly what my first appointment with Dr. Ruxandra Balescu did for me! The office - beautiful and soothing, meant to appease even the most anxious patients ( like me). Dr. Balescu was very thorough and has a very gentle hand. She took her time to walk me through various options for my dental treatment to help me make an educated decision. Highly recommend her.
